Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 2 tsp
- cottage cheese - 2 c
- green onions - 1/4 c
- American cheese, shredded - 1/2 c
- cooked potatoes, diced - 6 c
How to make potatoes romanoff:
Combine salt, cottage cheese and sour cream in blender. Blend and pour over potatoes and onions. Sprinkle American cheese on top and bake in 2 quart casserole for 40 to 45 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Potato, Main dish, Casseroles.
