  • sour cream - 1 c
  • salt - 2 tsp
  • cottage cheese - 2 c
  • green onions - 1/4 c
  • American cheese, shredded - 1/2 c
  • cooked potatoes, diced - 6 c

How to make potatoes romanoff:

Combine salt, cottage cheese and sour cream in blender. Blend and pour over potatoes and onions. Sprinkle American cheese on top and bake in 2 quart casserole for 40 to 45 minutes at 350°.
