Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- pepper
- chopped onions - 1/2 c
- grated Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- crushed corn flakes - 2 c
- melted oleo - 1/2 c
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
- frozen hash brown potatoes - 2 lb
How to make escalloped potatoes:
Combine all the ingredients except for the corn flakes. Put into a greased casserole dish and top with the crushed corn flakes. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Weeknight, Potato, Vegetables.
