Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 pt
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 1 Tbsp
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- chopped onions - 2 tsp
- potatoes - 3 item
- chopped parsley - 2 Tbsp
- a little celery salt - 1 item
How to make potato soup:
Boil potatoes until soft; drain. Add milk and onion. Add hot liquid. Make white sauce. Cook five minutes. Add parsley just before serving.Recipe categories: Potato, Vegetables, Soups & stews.
