Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- milk - 2 c
- instant potatoes - 1 c
- salt
- flour - 10 c
- eggs, beaten - 3 item
- sticks margarine - 2 item
- dry yeast - 2 pkg
- lukewarm water - 1/2 c
How to make potato rolls:
Put sugar, milk, butter and salt in saucepan. Simmer. Remove from heat and add mashed potatoes. When cool, add eggs and yeast, which has been dissolved in 1/2 cup lukewarm water and 1 tablespoon of sugar. Add 3 cups of flour and beat with mixer. Then add remaining flour and put into greased bowl. Let rise until double. Make into desired rolls. Let rise again. Bake at 350° until done and brown, about 30 to 35 minutes.
