Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2/3 c
- eggs - 2 item
- salt
- flour
- shortening - 2/3 c
- diced potatoes - 1 c
- lukewarm water
- cakes yeast - 2 item
How to make potato rolls:
Dissolve yeast in water and let stand for 20 minutes. Cream shortening and sugar, mix in potatoes, add eggs. Add flour alternately with yeast liquid. Let rise once, then refrigerate overnight.
