Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2/3 c
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 7 c
- shortening - 2/3 c
- warm water
- dry yeast
- mashed potatoes instant preferred - 1 c
How to make potato rolls:
Mix and let dissolve the warm water and yeast. Add sugar, salt, shortening, eggs and mashed potatoes. Mix until stirred together, then add flour. Knead the bread. Put into a greased bowl.
