Ingredients/Components
- butter or 1/2 butter and 1/2 margarine - 1 lb
- sugar - 1 c
- vanilla - 1 Tbsp
- flour - 3 c
How to make potato chip cookies:
Cream butter. Add sugar. Continue to beat. Add flour. Add vanilla. Add chips. Mix until all flour disappears. Drop onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes. Watch cookies. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.Recipe categories: Desserts, Drop cookies, Cookie and brownie.
