Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- chopped onions - 1/2 c
- bread crumbs - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 10 oz
- black pepper - 1/2 tsp
- bag frozen hash brown potatoes - 1 (2
- melted oleo save half for top - 1/2 c
How to make potato casserole:
Mix all ingredients, except reserved oleo and bread crumbs. Put in well-greased casserole. Sprinkle top with oleo and crumbs. Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes in 350° oven. Serves 8.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
