Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 lb
- sour cream - 1 pt
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- 1/2 sticks butter or margarine - 1 item
- cornflakes - 2 c
How to make potato casserole:
Melt 1 stick butter or margarine. Combine butter, hash browns, chicken soup, cheese and sour cream. Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Spread 2 cups cornflakes and 1/2 stick butter (cut into small chunks) over all. Bake in a 350° oven for 1 1/2 hours.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
