Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 8 oz
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- margarine - 1/2 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 2 c
- black pepper - 1 tsp
- cheese, grated - 2 c
- frozen hash brown potatoes - 2 lb
How to make potato casserole:
Mix all ingredients together and place in a greased casserole dish. You can mix 2 cups of crushed corn flakes and 1/4 cup melted margarine to put on top or you can use a can of Dundu onions on top. Bake for 45 minutes at 350°. I like onions theRecipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
