  • Velveeta cheese - 1 c
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • small onion, chopped - 1 item
  • to 7 potatoes - 6 item

How to make potato casserole:

Boil potatoes in skins, peel and chunk. Saute onion in butter. Add cheese and soup, chunky potatoes. Mix together.
