Ingredients/Components

  • sour cream - 1 pt
  • melted butter - 2 Tbsp
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • crushed corn flakes - 1 c
  • chopped green onions - 1/3 c
  • potatoes, boiled and grated - 6 item

How to make potato casserole:

Mix soup, sour cream, green onions and cheese together. Add potatoes and put into greased casserole. Mix corn flakes and butter. Spread on top. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
