Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 pt
- melted butter - 2 Tbsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- crushed corn flakes - 1 c
- chopped green onions - 1/3 c
- potatoes, boiled and grated - 6 item
How to make potato casserole:
Mix soup, sour cream, green onions and cheese together. Add potatoes and put into greased casserole. Mix corn flakes and butter. Spread on top. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
