Ingredients/Components
- cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
- onion, chopped fine - 1/2 item
- stick butter or margarine - 1 item
- pint sour cream - 1 item
- sliced potatoes - 2 lbs
- cups cornflakes, crushed - 2 item
- cup celery, chopped fine - 1 item
- Velveeta Cheese, sliced - 1 lb
How to make potato casserole:
Saut onion and celery in 1 stick butter until translucent. Mix potatoes, soup and sour cream and pour into baking dish. Top with cheese slices. Top cheese with cornflakes. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hr.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
