Ingredients/Components

  • cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
  • onion, chopped fine - 1/2 item
  • stick butter or margarine - 1 item
  • pint sour cream - 1 item
  • sliced potatoes - 2 lbs
  • cups cornflakes, crushed - 2 item
  • cup celery, chopped fine - 1 item
  • Velveeta Cheese, sliced - 1 lb

How to make potato casserole:

Saut onion and celery in 1 stick butter until translucent. Mix potatoes, soup and sour cream and pour into baking dish. Top with cheese slices. Top cheese with cornflakes. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hr.
