Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- stick margarine - 1 item
- corn flakes - 1 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- bag frozen hash browns - 1 item
- Velveeta, cubed - 2 c
- chopped onion to taste - 1 item
How to make potato casserole:
Mix first 6 ingredients in 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Crush corn flakes and sprinkle over top. Melt margarine and pour over corn flakes. Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
