Ingredients/Components
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 1/2
- chuck roast - 4 lb
- envelope dry onion soup mix - 1 1/2
How to make pot roast in foil:
Place 30 x 18-inch piece of heavy-duty foil in 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Place meat on foil. Sprinkle soup mix over top of meat. Spread cream of mushroom soup over top of meat. Fold foil over meat and seal securely. Cook in 300° oven for 4 hours.Recipe categories: Main dish, Beef, Roast beef.
