Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 tsp
- flour - 1 Tbsp
- water - 2 c
- cold water - 2 Tbsp
- garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- can tomato paste - 1 oz
- onion, coarsely chopped - 1 item
- carrots, diagonally sliced - 4 item
- lean boneless pork, cut into 1-inch cubes - 1 lb
- potatoes, cut into 1-inch cubes - 2 item
- celery ribs, diagonally sliced - 2 item

How to make pork stew:
In a large, heavy saucepan, brown pork cubes over medium heat.Add carrots, celery, onion, potatoes, tomato paste, water, pepper, garlic powder, sugar and spice blend. Bring to a boil. Cover and reduce heat. Simmer meat and vegetables until tender, about 30 minutes.
Blend cold water and flour and stir into stew. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Serve.
