- half and half - 1 pt
- medium onion - 1 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- chopped tomatoes - 2 c
- grated Monterey Jack cheese - 1 lb
- flour tortillas - 12 item
- cubes chicken bouillon - 4 item
- chopped chicken - 2 c
- can chilies, drained - 1 oz
How to make chicken enchiladas:
Soften tortillas and add filling. Dissolve bouillon cubes in 1/2 cup boiling water. Add half and half and pour over dish. Add cheese. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Poultry.
