Ingredients/Components
- Velveeta cheese - 1/2 lb
- chili powder - 1 Tbsp
- chicken broth - 1 c
- cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
- can green chilies - 4 oz
- small can sliced black olives - 1 item
- jar pimentos - 2 oz
- minced onion, dried - 2 Tbsp
- deboned chicken, cooked and cubed - 2 3
How to make mexican chicken:
Mix all together and simmer 10 minutes until cheese melts. Line 9 x 13-inch pan with medium bag of Doritos chips, crushed. Pour chicken mixture over chips. Bake at 375° until it bubbles.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
