Mexican chicken



  • Velveeta cheese - 1/2 lb
  • chili powder - 1 Tbsp
  • chicken broth - 1 c
  • cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
  • can green chilies - 4 oz
  • small can sliced black olives - 1 item
  • jar pimentos - 2 oz
  • minced onion, dried - 2 Tbsp
  • deboned chicken, cooked and cubed - 2 3

How to make mexican chicken:

Mix all together and simmer 10 minutes until cheese melts. Line 9 x 13-inch pan with medium bag of Doritos chips, crushed. Pour chicken mixture over chips. Bake at 375° until it bubbles.
