Chicken curry



  • pkg - 2 oz
  • sliced almonds - 1 item
  • lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • grated cheese - 1 item
  • mayonnaise - 1 c
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • cube butter - 1 item
  • curry - 1/2 tsp
  • Stove Top dressing - 1 item
  • whole chicken breasts 4 halves, cooked and cut up - 3 item

How to make chicken curry:

Butter 9 x 13-inch casserole dish. Layer broccoli on bottom, chicken on top. Mix other ingredients (soups, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry) and pour on top; put stuffing over all. Melt butter and drizzle on top. Sprinkle cheese and then almonds on top of cheese. Bake for 45 minutes at 350°. Assemble in advance and refrigerate if desired.
