Ingredients/Components

  • sour cream - 1/2 c
  • water - 1/4 c
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • parsley - 2 Tbsp
  • thinly sliced potatoes - 4 c
  • pork chops - 6 item

How to make pork chop scallop:

Brown chops in skillet. Blend soup, sour cream, water and parsley. In a 3-quart casserole, alternate layers of potatoes and sauce. Top with chops and cover. Bake at 375° for 1 1/4 hours. Serves 3.
