Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- water - 1/4 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- parsley - 2 Tbsp
- thinly sliced potatoes - 4 c
- pork chops - 6 item
How to make pork chop scallop:
Brown chops in skillet. Blend soup, sour cream, water and parsley. In a 3-quart casserole, alternate layers of potatoes and sauce. Top with chops and cover. Bake at 375° for 1 1/4 hours. Serves 3.Recipe categories: < 4 hours, Time to make, Main dish.
