Ingredients/Components

  • sour cream - 1/2 c
  • water - 1/4 c
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • chopped parsley - 2 tsp
  • thinly sliced potatoes - 4 c
  • pork chops - 4 item

How to make pork chop casserole:

Brown chops slightly on both sides. Place in greased casserole in layers as follows: a layer of sauce, one of potatoes, then salt, pepper and soup. Put pork chops on top with a little of the soup on top of them. Bake in covered casserole at 375° for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until potatoes are done.
