Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- water - 1/4 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- chopped parsley - 2 tsp
- thinly sliced potatoes - 4 c
- pork chops - 4 item
How to make pork chop casserole:
Brown chops slightly on both sides. Place in greased casserole in layers as follows: a layer of sauce, one of potatoes, then salt, pepper and soup. Put pork chops on top with a little of the soup on top of them. Bake in covered casserole at 375° for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until potatoes are done.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Pork.
