  • onion, sliced - 1 item
  • baking potatoes - 4 item
  • pork chops 6 to 8

How to make pork chop casserole:

Butter large casserole dish. Peel and slice potatoes; layer in dish. Add layer of onion and cheese. Make 2 layers. Place pork chops on top. Sprinkle with salt and pepper; pour water in about 1/4-inch to cover bottom of dish well. Bake at 350° to 375° for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until meat and potatoes are tender.
