Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- water - 1/4 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- chopped parsley - 2 Tbsp
- pork chops - 6 item
- can mushroom soup - 1 oz
- potatoes, thinly sliced - 2 item
How to make pork chop casserole:
Brown pork chops in skillet. Combine soup, water, sour cream and parsley in bowl; mix well. Alternate layers of potatoes, sprinkled with salt and pepper, and sauce in greased 2-quart casserole. Top with pork chops. Bake, covered, at 350° for 1 1/2 hours. Yields 6 servings.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Pork.
