Ingredients/Components
- ground beef - 1 lb
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 3/4
- can cream of celery soup - 1 3/4
- potatoes, sliced - 1 item
- onions, sliced - 1 item
- cheese, grated - 1 item
How to make ground beef casserole:
Spread ground beef on bottom of 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish. Salt and pepper to taste, then layer potatoes followed by onions. Put cream of mushroom soup on top of onions and then the can of cream of celery soup. Top with cheese, if desired. Bake at 350° for 65 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
