- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- pepper
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 2 Tbsp
- pork chops - 4 item
- grated American cheese - 1 item
- sliced potatoes - 4 c
How to make pork chop casserole:
Brown pork chops on both sides. Place potatoes in 2-quart baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients, except cheese. Pour over potatoes. Place pork chops over potatoes and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Pork.
