Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 2 tsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 1/4 c
- potatoes, sliced 8 c - 2 qt
How to make scalloped potatoes:
Put in greased baking dish in layers. Season each layer, salt and pepper. Mix soup and milk together. Pour over potatoes, cover and bake at 350° for about 2 hours.Recipe categories: Low protein, Potato, Vegetables.
