Scalloped potatoes



  • milk - 1 c
  • salt - 2 tsp
  • pepper - 1/8 tsp
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • onion, chopped - 1/4 c
  • potatoes, sliced 8 c - 2 qt

How to make scalloped potatoes:

Put in greased baking dish in layers. Season each layer, salt and pepper. Mix soup and milk together. Pour over potatoes, cover and bake at 350° for about 2 hours.
