  • shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 2
  • hamburger - 1 lb
  • chopped green peppers - 1/2 c
  • taco seasoning - 1 pkg
  • flour tortillas - 1 pkg
  • small container sour cream - 1 item
  • small can chopped black olives - 1 item
  • chopped onion to taste - 1 item
  • cans enchilada sauce mild - 4 item

How to make sour cream enchiladas:

Brown hamburger with 1 package taco seasoning. Spoon onto tortilla with sauce. Top with cheese, olives, peppers, onion and sour cream. Roll and place in pan. (Continue until hamburger is gone.) Top pan of enchiladas with sauce and more cheese. Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes.
