Ingredients/Components
- whole chicken skinned - 1 item
- eggs, beaten well - 3 item
- can cream - 3/4 item
- salt to taste - 1 item
- pepper to taste - 1 item
How to make oven fried chicken:
In small bowl, combine beaten eggs, cream, salt and pepper to form batter. Preheat oven to 400°. Dip chicken in batter, then in flour (or crumbled corn flakes). Drop onto cookie sheet. Spray cookie sheet with Pam or cover with oil. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until done. Turn once so can brown on both sides.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Whole chicken.
