Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- water - 1/2 c
- garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- ground beef - 1 lb
- celery salt - 1/2 tsp
- uncooked rice - 1/2 c
- onions - 1/3 c
How to make porcupine meatballs:
Sauce:1 can tomato sauce (15 oz.)1 c. water2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce Mix beef, Worcestershire sauce, rice, salt, water, celery salt and onions together. Make meatballs and place on baking dish.Sauce: Mix tomato sauce, water and Worcestershire sauce, pepper to taste. Pour over meatballs and bake at 375° for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake about 10 to 15 minutes more.
