Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- oregano - 1/2 tsp
- hamburger - 1 lb
- tomato juice - 2 c
- celery salt - 1/2 tsp
- Worcestershire - 2 Tbsp
- rice, cooked - 1/2 c
- green pepper, finely chopped - 1/4 c
- whole cloves - 4 item
- clove garlic, finely chopped - 1 item
How to make porcupine balls:
Combine first 7 ingredients. Form into balls about 1 1/2-inch diameter. Place remaining ingredients in a 2-quart casserole dish. Cook 3 minutes. Add meatballs to tomato mixture. Cover with lid. Continue cooking for 2 to 3 minutes or until boiling. After boiling, cook for another 20 minutes.Recipe categories: 5 ingredients or less, Main dish, Meat.
