  • sour cream - 8 oz
  • stick margarine - 1/2 item
  • poppy seed - 1 tsp
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
  • or 5 chicken breasts - 4 item

How to make poppy seed chicken:

Topping:3/4 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix1/2 stick margarine Boil chicken breasts. Cool and remove bones. Cut into chunks. Mix soup, sour cream and poppy seed together and pour over chunked chicken. Place in buttered casserole dish. Top with stuffing mix which has been crushed and combined with melted margarine. Bake until bubbly.
