Ingredients/Components
- dairy sour cream - 1 c
- dash of salt - 1 item
- cloves garlic, minced - 2 item
- soy sauce - 1 Tbsp
- minced parsley - 1/4 c
- finely chopped onion - 1/4 c
- finely chopped water chestnuts - 1/4 c
- finely chopped candied ginger - 1 Tbsp
- mayonnaise, chilled - 1 c
How to make polynesian ginger dip:
Combine mayonnaise and sour cream. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Trim top with additional candied ginger bits.For Dunking: Sesame-seed crackers, sesame bread, waferettes and thin rye bread curls.
