Ingredients/Components
- broken soda crackers - 3 c
- eggs - 2 item
- chopped onions - 2 Tbsp
- chopped pimentos - 2 Tbsp
- small can broken shrimp or clams - 1 item
- Accent - 1/4 tsp
- white pepper - 1/4 tsp
- fish or chicken stock - 1/2 c
How to make stuffing for baked fish:
Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Use it to stuff the cavity of fish or spread it between fillets of fish.This can be used as a basic fish pattie recipe. Add tuna, salmon or flaked, cooked white fish. Make into patties and fry.
