Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- catsup - 1/4 c
- onion, diced - 1/2 item
- tomato soup - 1/2 c
- chopped meat - 2 lb
- head cabbage, core and let warm water soak for 10 minutes will be easier to separate leaves when put in boiling water - 1 item
- rice, cooked, then cooled - 1/2 c
How to make polish stuffed cabbage:
Take 1 cabbage leaf. Put in a good scoop meat mixture. Roll and put in layers. In baking pan, pour soup over rolls. Either bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours or cook on top of stove for 2 hours.Recipe categories: Main dish, European, Polish.
