Polish noodles and cabbage
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- butter or margarine - 1/4 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- caraway seed - 1 tsp
- chopped or sliced cabbage - 4 c
How to make polish noodles and cabbage:
Melt butter in large skillet. Add onion; saute until soft. Add cabbage. Saute 5 minutes or until tender. Stir in caraway seed, salt and pepper. Cook noodles in salted boiling water until tender and drain well. Stir noodles into cabbage. Add sour cream. Cook 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
