Ingredients/Components

  • Velveeta cheese - 1 lb
  • garlic powder - 1 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
  • catsup - 1 Tbsp
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • sausage - 1 lb
  • loaf cocktail bread - 1 item

How to make polish mistakes:

Brown beef and sausage together; drain. Add catsup, Worcestershire sauce and garlic powder. (Add cheese last.) Cook slowly until cheese is melted. Spread mixture on rye bread. Place on cookie sheet and freeze. When frozen, may be put in airtight container.

To serve, bake at 350° until bread seems crunchy around the edges or 15 to 20 minutes.
