Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- milk
- flour
- powdered sugar - 1 c
- margarine - 1 c
- instant pistachio pudding - 3 pkg
- carton Cool Whip - 1 item
How to make pistachio pudding dessert:
First Layer: Mix flour and margarine. Pat in bottom of 9 x 13-inch cake pan. Bake until light brown. Cool.Second Layer: Mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1 cup of the Cool Whip. Spread on first layer. Refrigerate 30 minutes.
Third Layer: Mix pudding and milk. Pour onto second layer. Refrigerate until firm.
Fourth Layer: Spread on the remaining Cool Whip.
