- sugar - 1/4 c
- cinnamon - 1 Tbsp
- sour cream - 1/2 pt
- oil - 1/2 c
- eggs, beaten - 4 item
- pistachio instant pudding - 1 pkg
- yellow cake mix - 1 pkg
- chopped nuts or more
How to make pistachio coffee cake:
Topping:1/2 c. chopped nuts or more1 Tbsp. cinnamon1/4 c. sugar Mix cake mix and pudding. Add sour cream, eggs and oil; beat until smooth. Pour 1/2 into greased and floured tube pan.Topping: Mix ingredients; sprinkle 1/2 on batter. Pour remaining batter, then remaining topping mix. Bake at 350° for 45 to 55 minutes.
