  • oil - 1/2 c
  • 4 oz - 1 pkg
  • club soda - 1 c
  • white or yellow cake mix - 1 pkg
  • container whipping cream - 1 item
  • Beat for 2 minutes at medium speed

How to make pistachio cake:

Combine all ingredients in large bowl and blend. Beat for 2 minutes at medium speed. Follow baking instructions on the box of cake mix. Refrigerate.Pistachio Frosting:1 pkg. instant pistachio pudding1 container whipping cream Combine and beat on medium speed until thick. Spread on cooled cake.
