Pistachio cake



  • eggs - 3 item
  • chopped nuts - 1/2 c
  • oil - 1 c
  • cold milk
  • pistachio instant pudding - 1 pkg
  • club soda - 1 c
  • white or yellow cake mix - 1 pkg
  • envelope Dream Whip - 1 item
  • Jell-O pistachio instant pudding - 1 pkg

How to make pistachio cake:

Frosting:1 1/2 c. cold milk1 envelope Dream Whip1 pkg. pistachio instant pudding Blend cake mix, Jell-O pudding, eggs, club soda, oil and nuts. Beat 2 minutes. Bake in greased and floured 10-inch Bundt pan at 350° for 50 minutes. Cool for 15 minutes. Remove from pan and cool. Split in 3 layers. Spread about 1 cup of frosting between layers. Chill, then garnish with chopped nuts.
