Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- half and half - 1 pt
- sour cream - 2 c
- water - 1 c
- envelopes Knox gelatine - 2 item
- small Jell-O orange, green, yellow and red - 4 item
- hot water for each box Jell-O - 1 c
- cold water for each box Jell-O - 1/2 c
How to make rainbow jello:
Mix 1 box Jell-O with 1 cup hot water until dissolved. Add 1/2 cup cold water. Pour into glass 9 x 13-inch dish. Refrigerate until set.Mix Knox gelatine and water. Bring to a boil. Add sour cream and half and half and mix well. Pour 1 1/2 cups of mixture over 1st layer of Jell-O. Refrigerate until set.
Continue with other flavors. Makes 7 layers with 4 different colors and white between them.
