  • sour cream - 1/2 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
  • dash of paprika - 1 item
  • minced parsley - 1 Tbsp
  • dash of cayenne - 1 item
  • horseradish - 1 Tbsp
  • egg yolks, well beaten - 2 item

How to make piquant sauce for fish:

Combine all ingredients in the order given, beating after each addition until blended. No cooking is necessary. Pour over any fish just before serving. Makes 1 cup.
