Ingredients/Components
- butter or margarine - 1 item
- vinegar - 1 Tbsp
- chopped onion - 1 c
- clove garlic - 1 item
- oregano - 1 tsp
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- olive oil - 1/4 c
- cumin - 1/4 tsp
- canned tomatoes with juice - 1 c
- frying chicken, cut in serving pieces - 1 item
- lime or 4 lemons, sliced as thin as possible - 6 item
- Place chicken in an ovenproof casserole
- few drop Tabasco - 1 item
How to make piquant chicken:
Brown chicken pieces in butter in a skillet. Place chicken in an ovenproof casserole. Cover completely with lime or lemon slices. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover tightly with foil.
