Ingredients/Components

  • warm water - 1/2 c
  • Jell-O - 1 serving
  • miniature marshmallows or 12 large

How to make pinwheels:

Spray 8 or 9-inch pan with no stick cooking spray (2 or 3 sprays). Spread on bottom and sides of pan with paper towel. Put gelatin and water in 1 1/2-quart microwavable bowl. Microwave on High for 1 1/2 minutes. Stir to dissolve completely.

Measure marshmallows; add to gelatin. Microwave 1 minute or until marshmallows puff. Stir slowly until mallows are completely melted. Pour into pan. (Creamy layer will float on top.) Refrigerate for 45 minutes. Loosen edges with knife for easy rolling. Start at one edge; roll up tightly. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
