- baking powder - 1 tsp
- egg whites - 6 item
- Ritz crackers - 56 item
- drained pineapple - 2 c
- Beat egg whites with baking powder until foamy
How to make pineapple crunch:
Crumble crackers. Beat egg whites with baking powder until foamy. Add sugar; beat until stiff. Add cracker crumbs and pecans. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes. Top with topping.Topping:2 pkg. Dream Whip1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese2 c. drained pineapple Mix the Dream Whip like directions on box. Add softened cream cheese. Fold in pineapple.
