Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- melted butter - 1/4 c
- Ritz crackers - 1 pkg
- large can crushed pineapple - 1 item
- mild cheese, grated - 8 oz
How to make pineapple crunch:
Mix well together the pineapple, cheese, flour and sugar in casserole dish. Sprinkle cracker crumbs on top. Pour on melted butter. Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cobblers and crisps, Pineapple.
