Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1/4 c
  • flour - 3 Tbsp
  • shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
  • can pineapple chunks - 1 oz
  • pineapple juice - 3 Tbsp
  • crumbled Ritz crackers
  • 1/2 stick margarine, melted - 1/4 c

How to make pineapple crunch:

Topping:1 1/2 c. crumbled Ritz crackers1/4 c. (1/2 stick) margarine, melted Drain pineapple; save 3 tablespoons of juice. Combine sugar and flour. In a baking dish (about 9 x 9-inch), layer pineapple, sugar-flour mixture, pineapple juice and cheese. Combine cracker crumbs with melted margarine and sprinkle over the top of pineapple mixture. Bake in a 350° oven for 15 minutes.
