eggs - 2 item
salt - 1/4 tsp
chopped nuts - 1 c
flour - 4 c
brown sugar - 1 c
baking powder - 2 tsp
baking soda - 1 tsp
shortening - 1 c
white sugar - 1 c
crushed pineapple - 1 c

How to make pineapple cookies:

Cream shortening. Add and cream well brown sugar and white sugar. Beat in 1 egg and then another. Add pineapple (undrained). Sift together and add flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add chopped nuts. Drop by teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375° for 15 minutes.
