vanilla - 2 tsp
salt - 1/2 tsp
flour - 4 c
brown sugar - 1 c
baking powder - 2 tsp
baking soda - 1 tsp
shortening - 1 c
white sugar - 1 c
crushed pineapple - 1 c

How to make pineapple cookies:

Cream shortening, sugar and vanilla. Add pineapple and eggs. Sift flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda, then add to other ingredients. Drop on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 325° to 350° until slightly brown.
