Ingredients/Components
- pineapple tidbits, well drained - 8 oz
- white chicken, drained and cut up I use Swanson - 5 oz
- rib celery, chopped more if you like - 1 item
- mayonnaise to suit taste - 1 item
- Optional Ingredients: grapes in place of pineapple
- nuts in addition to fruit - 1 item
How to make pineapple chicken salad:
Optional Ingredients: grapes in place of pineapple nuts in addition to fruit Mix all ingredients. Serve on a bed of lettuce. I serve with carrot sticks, sliced tomatoes and a few slices of pickle and, of course, crackers. A quick and nutritious lunch. Serves 2.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Salads, Main dish.
